Alan Van Heerden: Veterinary Surgeon

Alan qualified in Onderstepoort in South Africa and worked part time in various practices in South Africa. He ran an emergency clinic for a year and worked nights. Upon arrival in England he worked as a locum vet, whilst travelling and then worked in London for 10 years, where he managed a small animal practice in Osterley.

His interests include all aspects of medicine and surgery, he has a special interest in feline surgery and medicine. He studied dermatology earlier in his career and has gained further experience in laboratory work, radiology and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery.

Matt: Veterinary Surgeon

Matt is an experienced veterinary surgeon and qualified in Poland in 2011. Matt has a particular interest in imaging, and also completed an internship in ophthalmology. 

He has also written an article for the Veterinary Times about corneal ulcers. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, watching films and going to the gym.

Seohee: Veterinary Surgeon

Seohee An is an experienced veterinary surgeon who works with us part time. She is an experienced ultrasonographer and as well as carrying out routine imaging.

Seohee also undertakes our patients heart scans and treatment plans. She is currently undertaking her cardiac certificate.

Mary: Veterinary Surgeon

Mary qualified from Dublin in 1994. She has been in practice for several years in London but has also enjoyed working in Yorkshire and Ireland.

She has a particular interest in geriatric medicine, radiography and oncology however she enjoys all aspects of general practice.

Nicki: Veterinary Surgeon

Nicki qualified in 2003 from the University of Liverpool. She previously worked in mixed practice in Northamptonshire and Rutland before moving to southeast London in 2013.

Nicki enjoys both medicine and surgery. She has a particular interest in geriatric medicine and acupuncture which she has been using in dogs and cats since 2008.

She has a young Labrador called Maddie and two senior cats, Rodney and Trigger. In her spare time Nicki teaches pet first aid courses or is out running around after her children and Maddie!

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.30pm
Wednesdays: 8.30am - 7.00pm
Saturdays: 8.30am - 2.00pm
Sundays: Closed
